ACSA's 2024 Biennial Symposium will be held over the two days at Hotel Grand Chancellor Brisbane situated in the highest point of Brisbane’s Central Business District. Overlooking the picturesque Roma Street Parklands, the venue affords commanding views of the city skyline, surrounding mountains or Brisbane River, and is only a short walk to the city or 15-minute walk to Suncorp Stadium.

Hotel Grand Chancellor is offering reduced room rates for ACSA Curriculum Symposium delegates.

Hotel Car Parking

The hotel car park is located under the building, with access off either Leichhardt Street or Wickham Terrace. 

To access conference parking rates, delegates will receive parking vouchers from Hotel Grand Chancellor on the day of their arrival to the venue. Parking Vouchers offer:

  • $20 per day for all day guest delegates

  • $30 per day for inhouse overnight delegates 

Driving Directions

Driving Directions from Brisbane Domestic or International Airport Head northeast on Airport Drive, at the roundabout take the 3rd exit and stay on Airport Drive. Go through 2 more roundabouts, continuing along Airport Drive. Take the ramp on to the Gateway Motorway. Take the exit towards Links Avenue North. Slight left at Kingsford Smith Drive, continue along Kingsford Smith Drive, which turns into the Inner City Bypass. Take the exit towards Kelvin Grove Road. Turn left at Kelvin Grove Road. Take the exit towards College Road and turn left at College Road and continue along College Road, which turns into Wickham Terrace. Turn right at the traffic lights continuing on to Wickham Terrace. Hotel Grand Chancellor Brisbane is on the left hand side.

Driving Directions from The Gold Coast Travel North along the Pacific Motorway, this continues on to the Riverside Expressway. Exit on the right on to Turbot Street, continue straight to stay on Turbot Street. Turn left at Albert Street and follow this making a slight right on to Wickham Terrace. Continue along Wickham Terrace, Hotel Grand Chancellor Brisbane is on the right hand side at the top of the hill.
