Please note:

1. All sponsored delegates and Trade Display supervisors are required to register attendance via the Website registration process to ensure catering and dietary considerations for all attendees. A special registration code will be issued to ensure registration at no cost. 

2. Limited number of Trade Display spaces.  

3. Gold sponsors will be given first choice for Trade Display locations in order of arrival, followed by other Sponsors. From 8:00am onwards on the first day, any remaining spaces are free on a first come first served basis.

4. Maximum 2 Gold Sponsors and 2 Silver Sponsors in additional to BEDA Sponsorship

5. Gold Sponsors may address the audience in the ballroom at a Gold Sponsorship highlight in the program. 

6. Gold Sponsors only may distribute promotional material on delegate tables

7. All Sponsors and Trade Display supervisors are welcome to attend the President's Reception in the courtyard for networking at the end of day 1.   

8. In the interest of privacy, ACSA will not be providing to Sponsors and Trade Displays, lists of delegate data: name, designation, organisation, or emails. As part of engagement with delegates, Sponsors and Trade Displays may arrange mutual sharing of details with delegate permission.
